Well what can we say, what another fantastic KiddieClimb. 124 children, completed the gruelling climb of Pen-Y-Ghent in Yorkshire. Children and helpers met at the Golden Lion Pub in Horton-in-Ribblesdale, where they were given Kiddie Climb t-shirt and goodie bags, which were kindly provided by MetroRod in Wigan. On Saturday the 6th June 12 of us completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge, to raise money for Rose Blossom Trust. We completed a gruelling 25 mile route over 3 mountains; Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in under 12 hours!! Pen-y-Ghent is 691 Metres high, Whernisde 728 Metres and Ingleborough 723 Metres.
